1. Folding roller is used double air valve structure, material is hard-wearing nylon.
2. Transverse paper-cutting type: the upper roll cutter is 45#steel, surface is coated by hard Cr.upper blade is 1 integral high speed- steel fixed cutter front and back. Material is SKD-II, hardness HRC 58~60;Underside blade are 3 integral high-speed cross cutters , hardness HRC 60~62;
3. Circular blade:there are 2pcs blade each front and back side.
4. Edge embossing unit: underside cylinder is bearing steel, hardness HRC 58~60,coated hard Cr.34edge embossing each front and back side. Material is bearing steel.
5. Main frame is panel structure, thickness is 50mm.
